Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-16D Fighting Falcon's come alive at Rockhampton

Arguably the highlight for 'Exercise Wallaby 2015' is the participation of six Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) F-16D Block 52+ Fighting Falcons that arrived at the beef capital from Darwin on Friday, October 16.

With assistance from a RSAF KC-135 Stratotanker, the fast jets ferried from Singapore to Darwin the previous day.

It is understood the six visiting RSAF F-16's have been deployed to Central Queensland for approximately three weeks and after remaining parked at Rockhampton Airport since their arrival, finally took to the skies on Monday, October 19.

Serialled 666, 667, 670, 676, 677 and 680 - these machines help make up a total of 20 F-16's operated by Republic of Singapore Air Force's 145th Squadron at Changi Air Base, Singapore.
