RNZAF Lockheed C-130H Hercules NZ7003 pops into Rockhampton after dark.

Phil Munsel Photography was at the right place at the right time on Friday, July 10 to capture the evening arrival of Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) Lockheed C-130H Hercules NZ7003 at Rockhampton Airport after the sun had well and truly set for another day.

It is believed NZ7003 touched down at the beef capital from the north and after the transfer of cargo, departed back to the north.

As can be depicted when viewing the bottom photo, the tailplane of NZ7003 has been painted with a special livery highlighting 50 years of service by the Lockheed C-130 Hercules with No.40 Squadron of the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), a fantastic accomplishment indeed.

Air Queensland.blogspot would like to sincerely thank Phil Munsel Photography for taking the time to capture and forward these magnificent photo's
